This week, I reorganized my whole prop/backdrop/blanket area. Some exciting changes are coming, which meant hauling all of my gear out to the garage for the summer. I found so many beautiful props and blankets buried that I forgot I had! Organization is such a great thing.

My go-to for newborn sessions is definitely browns and creams. If you could see my collection all together (and now organized by colour!), it would be very clear. So when the parents of this wee cutie requested no browns whatsoever, I had to do a bit of digging! I always forget that I have such a gorgeous grey wood to use. I don’t use it nearly often enough.

I LOVE when parents toss me outside of my comfort zone! And I love how this all-grey no brown session turned out.
