newborn portrait sessions
If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times: the newborn stage is such a short one. The newborn stage is marked with a tiny warm body snuggling in, tiny little fingers gripping yours, peach fuzz hair, and that amazing baby smell. In the first year, your baby will learn to smile, giggle, roll over, sit, babble, crawl, stand, and sometimes walk. At a newborn session, I document all of those little things that you swear you'll never forget.
A Newborn session can take up to 3-4 hours, and is best in the second week after birth. During that time, I'll gently pose your wee babe into the sweetest sleepy poses to show off just how tiny they are, along with every aspect that makes them perfect. We'll add in some wrapped poses, sibling poses, parent poses, and your first portrait as a family. I focus on the connection, love, and feelings that fill those first few weeks.

What’s this? A NEW sport?! Heck yes! Calling all Cheer friends! I may have to do a sit in on all of these new sports so that I can learn the lingo. Also, good luck to the Cheer kiddos at Disney this week! 📣
New Sports Session dates have been added to the calendar for May and June! These will be the only spots available for Spring, so get them while they`re there.
Had the bestest boy in to help me further test out the new wallpaperless wall and white floor! He LOVES having his photos taken, and has to be locked out of the studio or he would be in every single client photo I take. I’m supposed to be finishing up books for tax season today, so *naturally* I’m doing anything but that. Which reminded me of the time a few weeks ago that I was
*supposed* to be cleaning the studio and setting up for sessions, but instead I pulled down the wallpaper, took apart half my shelving unit, put up some trim, and made the studio a general disaster instead. Luckily my kiddos thought taking over the wallpaper seemed pretty fun!
